Be a Vendor!
Interested in being a vendor at Hay Day? Please ensure you read all the information and requirements before submitting your application. Our Vendor Co-Chair will contact you after vendor selections are complete. Vendors can also reach us directly with any further questions through email at: HayDayVendors@gmail.com
Important things to know:
We have approximately 50 spots, with each standard space measuring 11x11ft. If vendors require a larger space or have a trailer, please indicate that in the application.
We do not provide anything but the space in the parking lot and portable washrooms. Tables, chairs, hand sanitizer, a tent, or a power source (if needed) is on the vendor to bring.
Tents or other larger items that may catch wind must be secured with either cinder blocks, sandbags, or another sufficiently weighted object.
Dryden Fall Fest and its members or event partners are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage including but not limited to theft, vandalism, water damage, and weather.
Food vendors must comply with all Northwestern Health Unit regulations and hold a permit if applicable. Permits must be submitted to the Vendor Co-Chair upon confirmation of registration. More information and permit requirements can be found HERE.
Food Trucks need to obtain a permit from the City of Dryden. Application can be found HERE.
If confirmed, a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per space will be requested. These funds go directly towards the cost of running the event. This event runs rain or shine!
In the case of event cancellation due to severe inclement weather, a communication will be sent out within 24hrs of the event starting.
Vendors must arrive and unload in their designated 15 minute time slot. Once unloaded, we ask vendors to park their vehicle further from the event (to free up parking for attendees) before coming to set up your space.
Vendors are not allowed to pack up and leave before the end of the event. Under no circumstances are vendors allowed to drive their vehicle into the event while it is still in progress.
Vendor selection will be based on several criteria, including the number of similar vendors participating. Priority will be given to event sponsors and those who have demonstrated long-term commitment by participating in previous years.
Please note that we do not accept vendors who are solely operating informational booths. All vendors must be offering products or interactive experiences.
Deadline for applications is August 29, 2025. Vendors will be selected and notified by September 4, 2025.
